    • Identify the main challenges facing the regulation of the energy industry
    • Have gained experienced in researching, evaluating and critiquing the complex case law, legislation and policy documentation prevalent in this field
    • Have practised formulating and testing complex legal arguments
    • Have experienced working with colleagues to formulate solutions to the problems set
