	Archives New Zealand Collections search Archives New Zealand's system for documenting and making available government records in the context of their creation and use. Archway contains descriptive information for the records held by Archives New Zealand. It also provides the ability to request items for viewing in one of their Reading Rooms or online access to digital records and digitised images.
	Bridget Williams Books New Zealand History Collection A collection of ebooks covering topics in New Zealand history, including key texts on the Treaty of Waitangi.
	Capital Letter The Capital Letter provides court judgment summaries from the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of New Zealand. It also provides updates on legislation, statutory reviews and general reviews, expert commentary and opinion pieces.
	Dictionary of New Zealand Biography Explore the life stories originally published in the Dictionary of New Zealand Biography and the Maori-language series, Nga Tangata Taumata Rau. New biographies of significant people who have died since 1990 have also been added.

	Factiva A global business information and research tool that aggregates content from a wide range of resources such as newspapers, journals, magazines and newswires. Content is generally full-text although coverage is sometimes selective.
	findNZarticles An index of New Zealand periodicals and newspapers administered by the National Library of New Zealand. It combines indexes from a number of New Zealand libraries and scientific organisations. Content includes news, arts and humanities, and science and technology.
	Hakena : Hocken Library Unpublished Collections Descriptions of the unpublished collections from the Hocken Library. This includes archives, manuscripts, photographs and pictures
	Index New Zealand A searchable database that contains abstracts and descriptions of articles from New Zealand periodicals and newspapers. The periodicals range from academic research journals to magazines.
	MapToaster Topo/NZ A mapping database displaying topographic maps of New Zealand that reproduces all the rich detail and cartography of the LINZ paper topomaps.
	Marsden Online Archive An online archive of letters and journals by Reverend Samuel Marsden (1765-1838) as well as the papers of other early NZ missionaries. The collection provides access to high resolution images of manuscripts from Hocken Collections along with associated transcripts created by Gordon Parsonson.
	National Library of New Zealand Images Collection A database of images from the collections of the National Library of New Zealand.
	New Zealand Electronic Text Collection (NZETC) A collection of significant New Zealand and Pacific Island texts and materials held by Victoria University of Wellington Library. This encompasses both digitised heritage material and born-digital resources.
	New Zealand Index (Knowledge Basket) A combined database of indexes of New Zealand newspapers, magazines, and journals. The databases can be searched individually or separately.
	Newztext (Knowledge Basket) A full-text archive of many of New Zealand's key news, business and industry publications.
	NZLII: New Zealand Legal Information Institute Free access to judgments, legislation, and law reform. Includes many low level and historic judicial decisions.
	nzresearch.org.nz A gateway to the open-access publicly funded research documents produced at universities, polytechnics, and other research institutions throughout New Zealand. Formerly known as KRIS (Kiwi Research Information Service).
	NZX Company Research A knowledge base for research on equity and debt securities. As well as covering current NZ-domiciled companies the service also contains historical information on all NZ companies that have delisted since 2005 (and some back further), and the major ASX corporations included in the NZX 50 Index.
	Otago University Research Heritage Explore images of pictures and photographs from University of Otago collections.
	Papers Past Contains digitised New Zealand newspapers and periodicals published between 1839 and 1945. All the newspaper titles on the site can be searched and browsed by date, region, or title.

	Academic Search Complete (EBSCOhost) Designed for academic institutions, this database provides coverage of multidisciplinary academic journals. It supports research in the key areas of academic study by providing peer-reviewed journals, full-text periodicals, reports, books, and more.
	Asian & European Business Collection (ProQuest) This database provides information pertinent to the study of business and finance topics across Asia and Europe, including academic journals, newspapers, newswires, and magazines. Find information on companies, economies, markets, international trade, and overall business conditions and practices throughout these regions.
	Atlas of plant material & fibres from New Zealand & the Pacific. He rārangi whakaaturanga o ngā taonga rākau. This free-to-use database can assist in identifying plant materials used in artefacts. Positive identification provides information on historical use, and allows for the targeting of appropriate conservation treatments, which may vary among plant species. The database includes indigenous, common and botanical names; images of plants; scanning electron microscopy images of plant leaf/material surfaces and optical microscopy images of plant leaf/material cross-sections.

	Birth, Death and Marriage Historical Records New Zealand Government records for births, deaths and marriages. Information available includes: Births that occurred at least 100 years ago; Stillbirths that occurred at least 50 years ago; Marriages that occurred 80 years ago; Deaths that occurred at least 50 years ago or the deceased's date of birth was at least 80 years ago.

	Infoshare Provides free online access to a wide range of time series data. This web-based tool can be used to access, view, and download the most up-to-date information from the largest directly accessible database of New Zealand official statistics.
	INZART (Index to New Zealand Art) An index to articles on New Zealand artists, art galleries, museums, exhibitions and art events from New Zealand and international serials held predominantly in the University of Auckland Fine Arts Library. Art-related articles published in New Zealand newspapers are also selectively indexed.
