Although not strictly a pure typographical example, the simplicity and effectiveness of this Faber and Faber production of Muir's The Labyrinth cannot be denied. The Gill Sans type mixes well with the image of a maze, which is indeed a perfect symbol for the title of Muir's poems. Berthold Wolpe designed the jacket.
