Library Scan Request Form

This form is for requesting scans from material held at Leith Street Collections (Library Storage) (eg. journal articles, book chapters, etc).

University staff may also use this form for requesting scans from material held at any Dunedin campus library.

To borrow a whole journal volume or book from Storage, please use the Call-Slip function in the library catalogue. Library staff can assist with this.

  • All scans will be sent to the email address supplied.
  • Turn around time is two working days.
  • Payment is 10c per page

Copyright conditions
  1. A copy shall be made only for the purposes of research or private study.
  2. Only a single copy shall be made of a particular article or part of a whole work.
  3. Up to two articles from the same issue of a journal can be requested at one time, if these relate to the same subject matter.
  4. Except in the case of an artistic work, no copy shall extend to more than a reasonable proportion of a complete work.
