Background

Intan has her bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia. She then pursued master's study in Management Science, at School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology (SBM-ITB) and got her degree in 2012, with a major in operation and performance management. During her master's study, she was also an academic assistant/tutor for undergraduate students in the subjects of supply chain management and technological and operation management. Her master’s thesis is case study of eco-innovations that have been delivered by SMEs in Indonesia, using the lens of structuration theory and practice approach. She also has professional experiences in the area of capacity building, facilitation and SMEs development. For her doctoral thesis, she aims to expand her research in the area of eco-innovation with emphasis on actual innovation process and performance.
