Course Content:

This class showcases cutting-edge research in Marine Science using video-conferencing with the Universities of Auckland and Victoria. Each week a world-class expert in marine science will give a presentation, then there will be a chance for discussion with the presenter and students from Auckland, Wellington and Dunedin. We will consider climate change, fisheries, conservation, reef effects, and other topics of current interest.

Prerequisites:

This class is designed for fourth-year students with an interest in marine science.

Assessment:

Two Assignments 100%
