Notes
Pure white shell that is long and narrow with strong verticle ribsmarking previous lips of the aperature.Th e operculum is black. Common on northern shores. Found in the mid intertidal to 20 m on sandy substrata and rocky shores where sand has been trapped. Feeds on the tide pool anemone, Anthopleura aureoradiata.
