At uni you are expected to be a self-regulated learner, however it is still important to know when and how to ask for help. Being a self-regulated learner means that you control your own study timetable, goals, and the way in which you study. It does not mean, though, that you have to figure it all out on your own. Help is available if you need advice on your academic, social or family life. All you have to do is ask - we expect you to!
