Otago Bulletin
The Otago Bulletin is published fortnightly. Every issue contains information and notices for staff and postgraduate students, and every second issue carries a news round-up about the University.
You can download the Otago Bulletin in PDF format. You will required Adobe Acrobat Reader to access these files. Each file is approximately 100 - 500k.

Classifieds & Notices
Every issue contains classified adverts.
Advertising in classifieds is available to staff and postgraduate students only. Adverts are run only once per email listing. Advertisements are accepted at the discretion of the editor.
In order to submit a classified, please select a classified type from the dropdown list above and press go. You will be directed to the classified form. Please fill in the appropriate fields and submit the form.
Every issue contains notices and information for staff on Professional Development, General Notices and Situations Vacant.

General Notices are published twice. That means they get published on the date requested and in the following issue automatically, unless the dates advertised are no longer relevant for the second publication.
General Notices are accepted at the discretion of the editor.

Event submission is available only to University staff and students. This should be completed through the Events Calendar.
Publishing Dates
Classifieds, Notices and Diary of Event entries must be submitted by 12noon of the Friday prior to publication.
