The Future of Food

Ecologist Mike Joy, from Massey University, presents The Future of Food: Our deadly nitrogen and fossil fuel addiction. Mike discusses where we are in relation to food production nationally, globally and what the future holds. 

Mike is an outspoken advocate for environmental protection in New Zealand and has received a number of awards for his contribution. He is a Senior Lecturer in Ecology and Environmental Science at the Institute of Agriculture and Environment,  Massey University, Palmerston North.
