Otago staff, students and members of the public will have the opportunity to meet this year’s University of Otago Arts Fellows and learn more about their projects at a Meet the Fellows event at the Dunedin Public Art Gallery this weekend.
On Sunday, from 1pm to 2.30pm, the five Fellows will talk about their work and aspects of the creative process.
The session will be chaired by the Director of the Dunedin Arts Festival Nicholas McBryde.
This year’s diverse mix of Fellows is writer (Robert Burns Fellow) Craig Cliff, artist (Frances Hodgkins Fellow) Campbell Patterson, composer (Mozart Fellow) Chris Gendall, writer (University of Otago College of Education Creative New Zealand Children's Writer in Residence) Mere Whaanga and dancer (Caroline Plummer Fellow in Community Dance) Caroline Sutton Clark.
The session will be followed by tea and cupcakes.
