It may seem like a long way from the Dunedin campus, but the University's Auckland Centre could be your home away from home.

The Centre, in University of Otago House, 385 Queens St, offers 24-hour access to study rooms, computers networked to Dunedin, a common room and even photocopying.
Best of all, any Otago University Postgraduate or Distance Learning student can use it.

Head of the Auckland Centre, Mr Rodney Moore, says the Centre has 12 computers available that are linked to the University network, and distance access to the Central Library. We also have Wifi available for students wanting to use their own laptops.

“We provide a quiet working space for students who are either in Auckland temporarily, or who are learning by distance.

“It's a little piece of Otago at the other end of the country.”

Those wanting more information can contact Cara Postlewaight Reception Administrator at the Auckland Centre on 09 373 9700 or email cara.postlewaight@otago.ac.nz.
