Elizabeth Rankin

Elizabeth Rankin is Professor of Art Histoy at the University of Auckland. Previously professor at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, her writing has focused on retrieving the histories of neglected South African artists, and on sculptors and printmakers internationally. Her research also includes cross-cultural exchanges, and the representation of visual culture in galleries and museums.
