Kwok-Wing Lai

Kwok-Wing Lai is Associate Professor at the University of Otago's Faculty of Education.

His research areas include information technology and professional development, social and ethical issues in computer-mediated communication, computer-supported learning and the design of online learning environments.

He is the former editor of  Computers in New Zealand Schools, New Zealand's only magazine for teachers, from pre-school to tertiary level, who use computers in the classroom.

e-Learning Communities: Teaching and Learning with the Web was published by Otago University Press in 2005. His previous books include e-Learning, Words Have Wings and Net-Working, also published by Otago University Press.
