Room Hire
A modern and well-designed facility available for hire, located in the peaceful and relaxed surroundings of the University Oval. The facility is ideal for those functions where a quiet, clean and comfortable room(s) are required. The University Oval Complex is a pleasant and easy five-ten minute walk across Logan Park. Conveniently located but far enough away for those meetings/presentations requiring a sense of serenity.
The facility has a unique design with internal walls that can be quickly and easily reconfigured to reveal a large main room. The large main room is suitable for presentations and can comfortably seat up to 60 people or 40 people with tables. With the walls closed the facility offers two distinct meeting rooms that hold 15-20 people per room. Seating and tables are available in all rooms.
A small kitchenette is available on site with complimentary tea and coffee. There is a small fridge-freezer for food and drink items that need to be chilled or frozen. The kitchen is NOT suitable for food preparation but external caters (from any source) are welcome.
Lift and toilet facilities, including an accessible toilet are located on site. Four allocated car parks and a designated mobility park are part of the facility. Additional parking is available outside the main gates located on Logan Park Drive (P 120 minutes or full day parking).

The University Oval Complex has all the essentials for helping produce that high quality presentation including:

• Two televisions with DVD players
• Data projector
• Laptop computer
• Projection screens/area
Charges
Maximum number (facility): 60
External Public - Full Day (approx 8 hours): $180 excl gst
External Public - Half Day (up to 5 hours): $130 excl gst
Internal University- Day (approx 8 hours): $125
Internal University - Half Day (approx 5 hours): $100
