Enrolment Information
Contact the Unipol Recreation Centre
You must enrol at the Unipol Recreation Centre before attending any activity and we suggest you book at least a week in advance as places in activities are limited and fill up quickly. Please enrol in person and bring your payment and proof of student/staff status. The "student" and "staff" prices apply to students and staff of the University of Otago and College of Education only.
We acknowledge that our activities may contain some element of risk. As part of our commitment to health and safety we require all participants to complete appropriate forms before attending any activity.
We aim to make our activities as accessible as possible. If you have a disability or have other particular requirements, please let us know.
Withdrawal Policy
Please choose your activity carefully as wasted places cost you and us money!
- A change of course or cancellation is only possible subject to your place being refilled, or at the discretion of Recreation Services.
- No Refund will be given for changes or withdrawals made within 5 days of the activity start date (prior to this a % refund applies).
- A non-refundable administration fee applies for all changes and withdrawals.
- Recreation Services reserves the right to cancel an activity for any reason. If this happens, you may choose to transfer to another activity or receive a full refund.
