INTRODUCTION 

The Swiss Ball is one of today's top fitness tools - and for good reason! A Swiss Ball can be used by all fitness levels, to work every major muscle group in the body. It will improve the strength of the abs and the lower back and adds core strength to your training programme.
Learn the fundamentals of Swiss Ball use and how to incorporate this revolutionary piece of equipment into your workouts in just two sessions. Includes basic anatomy & biomechanical principles; exercises for all the major muscle groups. Plus you get your very own ball to keep.
