Picture Framing

INTRODUCTION

Beginner Workshops

Learn how to frame your photos, artwork or certificates - it's easy once you know how!

In this 3 hour workshop you will be taught how to prepare and mount your picture, cut the mat board and moulding, and put all the pieces together to create a finished work of art. Great for gifts for friends and family!

Materials are provided for the course - bring your own print or photo to frame. The frames will be made to a specific size in the class - please ensure the print you bring along is no larger than: 155mm x 210mm.

After you've completed the course, you are welcome to use our Framing Studio to work on your next projects. We can advise you on the most cost-effective way to buy your materials.

For an example of what you'll make in the class, ask to see our sample at reception.

Refresher Workshops

If you have already done a beginner's workshop and are interested in brushing up on your skills, you are welcome to join in with a beginner's class and pay the refresher's price. You bring your own materials and project and Jock is on hand to help you with your piece.
