WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
You will need to bring a large and small bath towel. Please also bring a bottle of Apricot Oil. This is generally available at supermarkets and health stores. Mineral oils e.g. baby oil are not suitable. Avoid bringing coloured oils, which may stain the massage tables/linen.
Wear loose comfortable clothing – e.g. a t-shirt and pair of shorts - bring a hair-tie if your hair is long. Please refrain from wearing jewellery and keep your fingernails short.
