7am classes are 45 min, 12.10pm are 30min and all other classes are 50 min in duration.

*Step Intro and Pump Intro are held on Sat 15th and 22nd July.  For these Intro classes please meet the instructor 5 min before the scheduled time.

**BoxFit Intro is held on Wed 12th and 19th July. Please meet the instructor for BoxFit Intro in the blue gym 5 min before the scheduled time.

Bookings are essential for Spin classes and can be made on the day only. Please book a spin bike by using the Spin Booking button at the top of this page.  You will receive an email confirming your booking.  If you need to cancel your booking, follow the instructions on the email.

Waiting Lists: If there are no spaces left in the class you will be asked if you would like to be put onto the waiting list.  If a space becomes available you will be emailed asking if you would like to take the available spot.
