Training and support

Training

We are grateful for the continued positive engagement of staff with the project team, however, we recognise that the review, its outcomes and implementation creates uncertainty. To support staff, the University is providing training specifically designed for the review.

‘Working during periods of change – flexibility and adaptable thinking’ provides an opportunity for individuals to learn about evidence-based, practical tools for self-sustainability, and how they can be applied during periods of change.

Support

We also recognise that demand for many of the programmes offered by the Professional Development team, the Academic Leadership Development Programme (ALDP) and the Health & Safety team will likely increase during the Support Services Review. Programmes provided by these teams that support staff during change have been identified and additional programmes scheduled.
