Phase 2 of the Support Services Review and another period of engagement with staff is underway. We are grateful for the continued positive engagement of staff with the project team, however, we recognise that the review creates uncertainty. To support staff, the university is providing training specifically designed for this phase of the review.
We also recognise that demand for many of the programmes offered by the Professional Development team, the Academic Leadership Development Programme (ALDP) and the Health & Safety team will likely increase during the Support Services Review. Programmes provided by these teams that support staff during change have been identified and additional programmes scheduled.
