Minor
Minor in Māori Studies
A minor subject is a lesser specialisation in a subsidary subject, complementing the major subject in a degree programme and generally involving a separate set of papers worth a total of 90 points. It is possible to have a minor subject specified if you pass the papers for one or more of the subjects listed in the charts for the following degrees:
- Bachelor of Arts
- Bachelor of Theology
- Bachelor of Science
- Bachelor of Applied Science
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Bachelor of Tourism
It is possible to have a subject normally associated with a completely different degree specified as a minor subject for each of the degrees listed above (e.g. Management, a Commerce subject, may be taken as a minor subject in a BA programme).
To complete a minor in Māori Studies you must complete the following papers:

| 200-level | 36 MAOR or PACI points at 200-level or above | 36 |
| 300-level | 18 300 level MAOR or PACI points | 18 |
Some variations may be possible in approved cases.
