Suite-style accommodation for a great living experience
Our accommodation is suite style – where the rooms at Toroa are arranged in units of 5 single bedrooms with shared kitchen, living and bathroom facilities. 
Suite-style living combines privacy with ample opportunity for interaction with others in your unit, and with the rest of the Toroa community.
Currently we have three room styles within the College, take a look at our video to see the latest style of room we have.
Staff provide supervision and work with residents to ensure that everyone is comfortable and that we maintain a positive environment that is conducive to study.
Great facilities for study and play
Toroa has the facilities to study for tests or to finish an assignment, as well as a music room to practice your instrument of choice.
Our common rooms provide a great place to relax and chat with other Toroans. On sunny Dunedin days you can move outside into our woodland setting and catch some rays.
