Staff

University College has a large number of staff who are here for your wellbeing during your stay. All staff work towards making Unicol a pleasant, safe, and enjoyable environment.

Chris Addington, Master

As the College Master Chris has overall responsibility for the running of the College and is the liaison between the College and the University. His working hours are normally during the day-time but he is usually around the College in the evenings and on weekends. Chris lives on-site at the College with his wife Julia and daughter Samantha.

Chris Jacobs, Assistant Master

Chris assists the Master with management, student activities and pastoral care. He has a range of responsibilities with a strong focus on student and campus life.  Chris works afternoons and evenings. Chris lives on site with his family.

Christine Eason, Senior Tutor

The Senior Tutor is an integral part of the management and pastoral care team. She has a wide range of duties and delegated responsibilities concentrating on academic support and personal health and well-being. Christine's working hours are generally in the afternoons and evenings. She lives on-site above North House.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager supports the Master of the College with operational oversight of the business management side of University College.

Dylan Davies, Resident Tutor

Dylan has a wide range of duties with regard to academic support and personal health and well being. Dylan lives onsite at the UniCol Forth Street Mews Flats.

Jess Gould, Resident Tutor

Jess works with the team in support of student academic achievement and personal health and well being. Jess lives onsite.

Brett Guildford,  Night Manager

Brett looks after the College from 7:00 at night until 7:00 in the morning. He has key roles to play in terms of building security and student safety and well-being.

Lori Moodie & Sue Kennedy, Administration Staff

Lori and Sue work in the main administration office. They are responsible for a diverse range of administration tasks which keep the College running smoothly and are also available for student questions and assistance. For account enquiries, please contact Lori in the first instance.

Tania Ryan, Domestic Supervisor

Tania and her team of domestic staff keep the College looking its best through the cleaning services they provide.

Ben Bennie and Reuben Brown, Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager

Ben and Reuben are responsible for all of the maintenance, repairs and contract management for the College.

Colin Lang and Grant Hutton, Executive Chef and Sous Chef

Colin, Grant and the kitchen team look after all matters related to the Refectory and keep everyone at UniCol well-fed.

Senior Residential Assistants

UniCol's team of 20 residential assistants. As well as being floor RAs themselves they help the College management with the direction and focus of the RA group.
