College Catering
About Us
Our College Catering team provides a fully managed onsite food service to students at Aquinas, Hayward, Cumberland, University, City and Abbey Colleges. The operation caters to over 1400 students daily and produces in excess of one million meals per annum.
We use a fully computerised catering solution, operating on a 6-week menu cycle using standardised procedures and a database of over 1000 recipes. All our College Catering sites have a fully credited food safety program using HACCP principles.
