Immigration New Zealand (INZ) has ruled that student insurance must cover the period of the student’s study visa. As visas for Foundation Year Intake 1 are issued for a 13-month period, this has resulted in an adjustment to insurance fees, only for those students who are enrolling in Intake 1.
Students not using StudentSafe must have compliant insurance (as stipulated by our policy) for the periods specified above.
