Activities

Our weekly activities will give you the chance to meet and make new friends from all around the world.

You will be able to enjoy and experience the wide range of new and unique activities that the Dunedin and Otago has to offer. It is also a great opportunity to meet new people including locals, other students and travellers from all around the world.

Our activity coordinator organises social events such as barbeques, international nights, sports tournaments, short breaks away, quiz nights, and trips to the rugby, as well as assisting with orientation and pre-departure events.

Highlights include ski trips to Queenstown, Milford Sound, an historic train journey, visiting a castle and chocolate factory, and the social event of the year ... the international dance party.

Once you are enrolled you will get a University of Otago student ID card. As a student you will have access to all services and facilities at the University of Otago including:
