The position of Business & Operations Manager is to foster the mission of the School though the provision of sound advice, strategic direction and operational management of the School's support services, finance, human resources and business development. The Manager heads the support departments and jointly the support staff in Student Affairs and Postgraduate Studies.
Responsibilities
- Managing central services of the School
- Developing, managing and overseeing School budgets
- Planning
- Special Project Management
- New Business Development and planning
- Policy development, interpretation and advice
- Risk Management
- Commercial business advice, planning and monitoring
- Central services quality improvement
- Provision of human resources policy advice
- Central liaison for departmental managers
- Ensuring the resources of the School are managed efficiently and effectively
