Te Rōpū

Kia ora koutou, Te Rōpū is the colloquial name for the Department of Zoology's Rōpū Kaitiaki a Pouhere Tangata.

We are a group of Departmental staff and students that meet regularly to spearhead our Treaty of Waitangi response in teaching, administration, research and community service. We work alongside our Pouhere Tangata, who guides us on issues of Māoritanga and biculturalism.

You are welcome to attend our meetings. Our  meeting dates for 2011 are:

All meeting are at 9am in the Mitchell seminar room unless indicated otherwise.

For further information on Te Rōpū meetings please contact Stephen Scott.
