DESCRIPTION:
Help New Zealand Marine Studies Centre and Department of Conservation monitor the shore with Marine Metre Squared.  
What amazing animals will you find? Be a citizen scientist and earn a Kiwi Guardians Citizen Science Medal for Conservation Week! 
We'll be meeting at Back Beach along Peninsula Beach Road. There is a small carpark and some steps that lead down to the shore, where our orange Marine Metre Squared flag will be. 
Don't forget to bring sturdy and waterproof footwear for the session.
