DESCRIPTION:The Second Muslims in Asia-Pacific (MAP2) Conference will be held in Dunedin on 20–21 June 2026. Building on the success of the inaugural MAP conference in Wellington, MAP2 brings together academics, postgraduate students, practitioners, policymakers, and community leaders from across Aotearoa New Zealand and the wider Asia-Pacific region. The conference theme is Building Equitable Futures for Muslim Communities, with a focus on equity, inclusion, wellbeing, policy, education, media, and community development.
