Angela Howell is the General Manager of OCHO – the Dunedin community’s response to Cadbury’s departure to ensure the continuation of chocolate manufacturing in the city.

This session will look at some of the external factors that contribute to the perfect storm of unethical practices within chocolate manufacturing. It will also explore some of the challenges with certifications, which can obscure what is really happening. But there is hope! We can have our chocolate and eat it too, as Angela will provide some guidelines of what to look for when choosing your treats.
