Professor Susan Tosh, a prominent oat researcher in Canada, will present a thought-provoking discussion on the scientific basis of the health advantages of oats. Leveraging years of globally acknowledged research on β-glucan, dietary fibre, and food functionality, Professor Tosh will deliver lucid, evidence-driven perspectives on how oats promote heart health, regulate glycaemic levels, and influence gut microbiota.
