Emeritus Professor Frank Griffin, Director of Agriculture at Otago Research, appears in the Otago Daily Times presenting at an August 2016 University of Otago Graduation Ceremony urging graduates to seek win-win outcomes in the workplace and elsewhere. Professor Griffin emphasised he passionately believes that in the workplace, as in society in general, we must strive harder to achieve win-win outcomes and, when faced with the most contentious or difficult challenges, smart people express fairness, generosity and kindness while dull people resorted to mean-spiritedness, abuse and aggression.
