Alternative foods not a threat if farmers take diverse outlook for future farming

Emeritus Professor Frank Griffin presented a talk at Gore on "Alternative Foods: Frankenstein or Einstein?" to Southland farmers on challenges facing NZ agriculture. Farmers did not have to see alternative foods as a threat because they would never take over the high value cuisine markets,
