Busy schedule of activities

The College:

Our Head Chef, Dylan Henry, is a frequent winner and placegetter in Otago’s College Chef of the Year completion, including winning the 2019 competition.

Not only does Dylan ensure that we are the best fed College at Otago, but him and his team are extremely approachable. Dylan will also work with residents with special dietary requirements to make sure that everyone is catered for appropriately.

Helpful staff

The staff are available to help you with advice, look after you when you are sick and be available for support when needed.

Aquinas College is committed to supporting sustainability. Our student executive has a sustainability representative, who leads a sustainability committee. They work with the kitchen staff and College management to make sustainable choices wherever possible. Aquinas is pleased to be participating in the University’s Green Impact programme and is proud to be one of only two Colleges to have achieved a Green Impact Seedling award.
