We encourage all participants to consider presenting a paper at the meeting. Please make your abstracts as complete as possible, including a full description of the results, while adhering to the 500 total word limit. Unacceptable abstracts will be returned to the authors, who will be asked to submit a revised abstract. The deadline for abstract submission is Friday 10 November 2017. Abstract acceptance is subject to committee decision.
Please indicate whether you would prefer to give an oral presentation or poster presentation. Note, your preference will be taken into account however final decisions will be made by the CONNECT committee. You will be advised of the committee’s decision in mid-November 2017.
Use the abstract submission form that allows you to enter abstract title (in upper and lower case); authors (presenter first); and affiliations.
- The body of the abstract should not exceed 500 words.
- No references should be cited at the end of abstracts and abstracts over the 500 word limit will be sent back to authors to amend.
All abstracts should be submitted via email to the CONNECT email address on the appropriate form. Abstracts should contain a statement of the problem, brief methods, clear results, and a statement of the conclusions or significance of the findings. Abstracts will be reviewed and may be returned to the authors for modification.
Posters should have a maximum width of 1.0 m. They should be self-contained, and be self-explanatory.
