Two Brain Health Research Centre neuroscience students spent a day talking to St Joseph's School pupils about the brain last week.
Teodora Georgescu (left) and Eulalia Coutinho, both post-doctoral fellows in the Centre for Endocrinology, visited the Temuka school with a variety of props including brain hats and the BHRC's giant inflatable brain.
The visit was part of a school-wide inquiry study based on the brain, which also included dissecting sheep brains.
