Dr Chris Jackson, and other University of Otago experts, talk about the role of alcohol consumption as a risk factor for a number of cancers, in a TV ONE news item.

The first conference held in New Zealand to address the role of alcohol in cancer has attracted great interest, and concern about the wider public's understanding of risk from alcohol. The conference has generated recommendations to reduce alcohol harm.

The Cancer Society of New Zealand co-hosted the event with Alcohol Action NZ.
