Research
I plan to pursue a PhD, with a focus on public health ethics. I am interested in how we define and portray health issues affecting New Zealanders, which have significant impacts on New Zealand society as a whole. I would like to look at whether we need to move from a framework of libertarianism and individual responsibility to a more communitarian, public health-centred approach.
