Alex has a 20-year track record of growing and scaling businesses, driving technical excellence, staying ahead of market trends, emerging technologies and building purpose-driven and highly skilled teams.

• Roger Sharp: Roger has more than 30 years' global experience investing in, financing and running growth companies. He was formerly CEO of ABN AMRO Asia Pacific Securities and Global Head of Technology for ABN AMRO Bank. Roger subsequently founded North Ridge Partners, a technology investment bank working across the Asia Pacific region.
  
  He currently chairs two ASX 200 technology companies, Iress and Webjet, as well as Lotto New Zealand. Roger recently formed Whakatipu Hangarau Trust, a not-for-profit trust bringing together key stakeholders who aspire to diversify the Queenstown Lakes District through building a vibrant technology sector.
