The 5th Human Resources International Conference (HRIC) is hosted by the Department of Management at the University of Otago in Dunedin, in conjunction with the HR Division of the Academy of Management.
The conference will take place on 10–12 January 2024 in the Otago Business School, with a series of presentations, professional development workshops and a doctorial consortium.
Our theme is “Common Good HRM”.

We are very excited to welcome three superb keynotes to our conference:
- Distinguished Professor Emeritus Wayne F. Cascio, University of Colorado Denver.
- Distinguished Professor Fang Lee Cooke, Monash University.
- Professor Jarrod Haar, Auckland University of Technology.
