Brief abstract
This research project provided supplementary funding for Dr Julia Haggerty’s Humanities Post-Doctoral Fellowship. This project involved retrospective interviews with long term farming families in the Mokoreta Valley in Eastern Southland. The focus of the interviews was on long term changes in the practices and culture of pastoral farming in Southland.
