Kakau Foliaki (160)Kakau is the recipient of a New Zealand PhD scholarship  from Tonga. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of the South Pacific (Fiji) and a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Melbourne (Australia).

Kakau is interested in exploring the energy cultures of Tonga and how a variety of factors interrelate to shape energy consumption behaviour of Tongan households.
