Khalid has Fellowship training in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, Arthorscopy and Sports Surgery, Upper Limb Tetraplegia Surgery in Australia and USA.
Research Interests
Khalid currently works in both public and private practice.
His areas of interest include Shoulder and Elbow surgery, Sports Medicine and Surgery, and Upper Limb reconstruction in Tetraplegia, and he has published several peer-reviewed papers in these areas.

- He has been an Anatomy Examiner for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, and is the Supervisor of Registrar trainining for the NZ Orthopaedic Association.
