Research Assistant
Aimee has a strong interest in biochemistry and cell biology. She is assisting the research of Axel Norberg, Laura Veenendaal and Dr Gabriella Lindberg by working on creating oxygen releasing biomaterials, and creating 3D disease models for arthritis.
During the summer of 2021/2022, Aimee worked on a 10-week summer studentship project focusing on oxygen control in inflammatory osteoarthritic tissues with the same supervisory team.
Aimee has the opportunity to continue and expand her research in the first part of 2022 as a Research Assistant.
