Patient Identifiable information
Requests for information which include patient identifiers need to be individually requested.
All requests are subject to compliance with one or more of the relevant privacy legislation, ethics committee and/or Research Office.
Non Patient Identifiable
There are many self-service options to access non patient identifiable or aggregated data.
