Timeframes and content approval
We understand that things crop up unexpectedly and you may find yourself needing some urgent marketing and communications support. In these instances, we will make every effort to meet your deadline. Otherwise, we respectfully request that you provide a minimum two-week turnaround for any work required.
When you receive your draft or proof from your advisor, it is important that any content is approved by all invested parties before the final draft moves to Design, Web Design, or the Marketing Content and Publications Unit.
If changes are made after the project has moved to these services then your project will move to the back of the queue. Your advisor will guide you through the process to avoid any unnecessary delays.
