AskOtago will receive all calls and emails from University of Otago, Christchurch staff and students. Please make it clear that you are in Christchurch.
They will fix any problems they can while on the phone. Anything not easily remedied on the phone will be reassigned to the University of Otago, Christchurch IT Support Services team.
