MIHI - Māori Indigenous Health Institute
MIHI provides the focus for hauora Māori (Maori health) within the University of Otago, Christchurch and involves undergraduate and postgraduate teaching across multiple health disciplines, Hauora Māori research, Māori strategic development (including workforce and professional development), community networking, and student relationships and support.

Disability Information and Support
Disability Information and Support offers advice, support, and advocacy to students who have a physical, sensory, learning, psychological, medical, or psychiatric disability. They provide the necessary resources and equipment, including note takers, one-to-one tutors and assistants, examination support.
The office can also help find appropriate accommodation and parking. All services are completely confidential and free otago.ac.nz/disabilities

CMSA is run by and for medical students, providing a wide range of social and l academic supports.
International students can access help and advice from Student Support at the International Office, especially if
problems have to do with issues particular to study as an international student.
